1、 Product Introduction

Betaine, also known as trimethylamine lactone, betaine, or trimethylammonium lactone, is a quaternary ammonium derivative of glycine. It is a class of nitromethyl compounds or trimethyl lactones formed by the substitution of hydrogen on amino acids with methyl groups. Common ones are glycylbetaine, β- Alanyl betaine and proline betaine. Prismatic or leaf shaped crystals obtained from ethanol have a sweet taste and are prone to deliquescence. At a melting point of 293 ℃ and 300 ℃, it decomposes and is soluble in water, methanol, and ethanol, but difficult to dissolve in ether. It can isomerize into methyl dimethylaminoacetate at melting point, and its monohydrate crystal is obtained from an aqueous solution of free acid HO-N (CH3) 3-CH2COOH. It loses water at 100 ℃ to form betaine, which is stable in acid. Trimethylamine is obtained by reacting with a concentrated potassium hydroxide aqueous solution. Produce Maillard reaction (browning reaction) with sugar. It exists in plants such as beetroot and cottonseed, as well as in animal substances such as shark meat and crab semen. It can be recovered from the sugar beet mother liquor. It can also be formed by methylation of aminoacetic acid or by the reaction of chloroacetic acid with trimethylamine. In clinical practice, it is shared with N-aminoglycine to treat myasthenia gravis, and is also used as a reagent for identifying gold in analytical chemistry.

The recommended dosage for formula feed (Ke/T) is 0.2~1.0 for pigs, 0.2~0.7 for eggs, 0.31.0 for meat, 1.0~3.0 for fish, and 2.0~3.06 for special aquatic products
