Regarding sales gross profit, although it faced challenges, it laid a solid foundation for the realization of the annual goals. Among them, the first sales group stood out particularly, significantly exceeding the tasks in both sales revenue and gross profit, achieving a significant double growth in revenue and gross profit compared with the same period last year. The second sales group maintained a growth trend in revenue, while the export business was in a steady advancement stage. The sales of the company's core products such as GBL, NMP, and 2-P showed explosive growth, with a huge year-on-year increase. 

Significant achievements have been made in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and refined management has been continuously deepened. 

Outstanding achievements in cost control: 

The expenses of Sales Group One and Two decreased by 28% and 65% respectively year-on-year, demonstrating outstanding cost control capabilities. 

Due to the business expansion needs, the expenses of the export team have increased by 106% year-on-year. The investment and growth trend need to be dynamically balanced. 

Among the operating expenses, the 27.42% increase in personnel wages reflects the investment in talent, while the 66.50% year-on-year reduction in taxes and fees has optimized the cost structure. The management of accounts receivable and financing conditions have also drawn attention. 

Mechanism optimization and cultural empowerment to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of the team.

In the blend of the bamboo sea breeze and the passion of the team, the employees enhanced the team cohesion and injected new vitality into the work in the second half of the year through rich activities such as mountaineering expansion, egg breaking competition, and food experience.

In the early morning, the sea of bamboo in Nanshan is lightly shrouded in mist. The team members of Shandajie walked along the winding bamboo forest path, full of tall green bamboo, and the air was filled with the fresh breath of bamboo leaves. The employees stretched their meridians, aiming for the "Wuyue Brother Peak" at an altitude of 508 meters.

Standing on the overlooking platform of Wu Yuedi's peak, the sea of bamboo has a panoramic view, and the green waves are rolling, like a huge natural picture unfolding in front of you.
